※ Notice on the Difference Between the 1-Day Pass and 24-Hour Pass Usage Start Time

The starting time for usage varies depending on the ticket type. Please be sure to check the information below.

<1-Day Pass>

• Usage Time Definition:
  From 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day is considered one day.

• Important Notes:
  Please press the "Start Use" button after 3:00 AM on the day of use.
  If you start using the ticket between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the ticket will expire after 3:00 AM on the same day and cannot be used.

<24-Hour Pass>

• Usage Time Definition:
  From 2:00 AM to 1:59 AM the following day is considered a 24-hour period.

• Important Notes:
  Please press the "Start Use" button after 2:00 AM on the day of use.
  If you start using the ticket between 12:00 AM and 1:59 AM, the ticket will expire after 2:00 AM on the same day and cannot be used.

• If you accidentally pressed  Confirm on the screen above and were unable to use the service, you will not be eligible for a refund, so please refer to the criteria above.

◼︎ Usage Guidelines:

• If you purchase the pass from April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, it is valid for three months from the purchase date, but no later than October 31, 2025.

• Recommended environment for using the digital ticket:
  iOS 15 or later / Safari (latest version)
  Android 10.0 or later / Chrome (latest version)
  Even in the recommended environment, usage may not be possible depending on your device or settings.

• Please disable automatic browser translation, dark mode, and private browsing mode.

• If purchase information cannot be verified due to device malfunction, dead battery, or other issues, the service will not be available. In such cases, the regular passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.

• Up to 4 people can be booked per reservation.
  However, if multiple people are included in a single reservation, they must use the pass together as a group. Individual use is not allowed.
