Instructions for Ticket Usage【Tokyo City Pass】

◼︎ Important Information for Use

※ Recommended Environment for Digital Ticket Usage:

• iOS 15 or later / Safari (latest version)

• Android 10.0 or later / Chrome (latest version)
  Even in the recommended environment, usage may be restricted depending on your device and settings.

※ Please disable automatic translation, dark mode, and private browsing mode in your browser.

※ Reservations can be made for up to 5 people, but if multiple tickets are purchased under one reservation, all members must use the ticket together as a group. Individual use is not allowed.

※ All facilities cannot be used before the designated usage date selected at the time of purchase.

※Usage Instructions once clicking the link from the voucher page 5:

1.QR Code type

Tab [Scan QR code], Show the QR code to the staff at the facility.

2. Digital Ticket Type

Tab [Show the ticket], Swipe in front of the staff at the facility.

*Once the admission ticket is swiped in front of a staff member and enters "In Use" status, it will automatically switch to "Used" status after 10 seconds.
*Once in the "Used" status, the ticket cannot be used again.
*Please ensure that customers do not swipe the ticket prematurely before using the facility.

※ Validity Period

• Tokyo City Pass: Valid for 1 to 3 days from the start of use.

• Tokyo Subway Ticket: Valid for 24 to 72 hours from the start of use, based on a time-based system.

For Tokyo City Pass, one day is counted from the start time until 11:59:59 PM of the same day.
Example:

• If a 1-day pass is activated on March 1 at 12:00 PM, it is valid until March 1, 11:59:59 PM.

• If a 2-day pass is activated on March 1 at 12:00 PM, it is valid until March 2, 11:59:59 PM.

• If a 3-day pass is activated on March 1 at 12:00 PM, it is valid until March 3, 11:59:59 PM.

⚠ The validity period of Tokyo City Pass and Tokyo Subway Ticket are not linked.

For Tokyo Subway Ticket, validity is based on the exact number of hours from activation.
Example:

• A 24-hour pass activated on March 1 at 12:00 PM is valid until March 2 at 12:00 PM.

• A 48-hour pass activated on March 1 at 12:00 PM is valid until March 3 at 12:00 PM.

• A 72-hour pass activated on March 1 at 12:00 PM is valid until March 4 at 12:00 PM.

Tokyo Subway Ticket Exchange

• This voucher is for exchange at Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway ticket machines.

• The QR code printed on the voucher must be scanned at designated ticket machines in major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations to receive your Tokyo Subway Ticket.

OTP (One-Time Password) System

◼︎ What is OTP?
To prevent unauthorized use, an OTP (One-Time Password) system is applied, allowing only one e-ticket per device.

• To open the e-ticket on another device, the customer must enter their email and input the OTP sent to their email.

• When the ticket is accessed on a new device, the ticket on the previous device will be automatically deactivated.

⚠ Important Notes:

• The OTP must be entered within 1 minute of issuance. After 1 minute, the OTP becomes invalid.

• If the OTP expires, use the "Resend OTP" button to receive a new one.
