※ This product is a combination of train, bus, facility, and special benefits. After opening the electronic ticket, you will see Three options: "Train, Facility" "Bus" and "Special Benefits." Pressing any of the "Start Using" buttons will begin the usage. Even if the customer click Start Using button by accident and ticket is expired, it is not possible to cancel or refund.

※ Max 4 people can purchase it under 1 booking number. If multiple tickets are purchased, they must be used together and cannot be split.
※ Since the QR code will automatically update after a certain period, note that screenshots of the QR code cannot be used.

◼︎ What is OTP?
A One-Time Password (OTP) is a function to prevent unauthorized access by others. It is a password that can only be used once. It is mainly used during login or transactions to prevent unauthorized access or hacking. OTP can be received via SMS, email, or app, but this website sends OTP notifications via email.
◼︎ When is OTP required?
An OTP is required when accessing the website from a different environment than before.
Example ①: Viewing on a computer and displaying on a mobile device during actual use.
Example ②: Changing the mobile device used to open the website.
◼︎ If you request an OTP, follow these steps to enter it:
① Enter the email address where you want to receive the OTP, then press the send button.
② Check the OTP password in your email.
③ Enter the OTP from the email and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, it will display successfully.
※ Note ※ Please complete the OTP entry within 5 minutes after issuance. The OTP will expire after 5 minutes. If it expires, resend the OTP by pressing the resend button.
◼︎ Common Issues
Q: When opening the voucher in the email, I am asked to enter an OTP. Because the website was opened in the email app, when returning to check the OTP in the email, it asks for a new OTP when reopening the voucher.
A: Long press the link in the email, select "Open in Browser" from the options that appear, enter the OTP from the email, and then open the voucher for use.
