*Seat reservations are not possible on Tuesdays from 3:00 AM to 4:30 AM Japan time due to maintenance work.
*Please note that this ticket cannot be used on the day of its purchase.
*Please note that you can only make changes to your schedule twice, and this is only allowed within 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
*Recommended browsers and systems for using the e-tickets: iOS 15 or higher with the latest version of Safari or Android 10.0 or higher with the newest version of Chrome.
*However, please note that even if you use the recommended systems and browsers, you may still need help with issues if your device or usage environment is incompatible with the website.*Rapi:t α does not stop at Sakai Station.
*If you exit at a station, the ticket cannot be reused.

Click the link provided in the voucher to access the digital boarding pass screen. Scan it at the ticket gate.
Do not use Dark mode or unsupported browsers such as Samsung Browser on the day of boarding, as QR code errors may occur.
◼︎Notes for Multiple Ticket Purchases
※ Starting from October 1, 2025, tickets purchased in multiple quantities can no longer be distributed individually.
※ After completing seat reservations via the voucher URL, click on the ticket to display the QR code (available from 4:00 AM on the day of boarding). The system allows you to swipe as many times as the number of tickets purchased. Please swipe on a single device and have each person pass through the gate one by one.

<FAQ>
Q) The QR code appears gray or does not display.
A) This is likely to occur on Samsung devices, using the Samsung default browser, or in dark mode. Please advise the customer to disable dark mode or use a different browser.
Q) I get an error when trying to change seats (even though I haven’t changed more than twice and used a recommended environment).
A) The following situations are likely causes. Once this error occurs, it is difficult to recover, so please take care before making seat reservations:

Opening multiple tabs on the reservation screen:
Due to system design, opening multiple tabs while making a reservation may cause data inconsistencies. This is especially common when booking round-trip tickets, as switching back and forth between the outbound and return segments can trigger the issue. -
Using the browser’s “Back” button:
If you need to stop the reservation process, always use the “Back” button on the reservation page. Do not use the browser’s back button. Using the browser back button or closing the tab may prevent correct data from being received, causing inconsistencies. -
Not waiting to return to the E-ticket page after confirming a seat:
If you do not properly return to the E-ticket page or close the tab prematurely, the correct data may not be received, causing inconsistencies.
【About the QR Code】
*Please note that the QR code will be automatically updated after a certain period of time, so you cannot use a screenshot of the QR code.
*These tickets cannot be entered or used separately if they're booked as 1 booking. Please make sure that all users arrive together.
*QR code will be displayed from 4:00 a.m. on the day of boarding. Due to web maintenance every Tuesday, it will be displayed after 4:30 am.
