As a policy, we are unable to accommodate changes or modifications to reservations once they have been confirmed. However, minor corrections such as spelling errors or name mix-ups may sometimes be addressed at the pick-up/gathering location. If necessary, please advise the customer to request assistance directly on site.

For issues not covered by the above, please cancel the existing reservation and proceed to make a new one.

Please Note: Depending on the product, a cancellation fee may be applicable when canceling a reservation.
