Procedure:
- Please make a new reservation with the correct details.
- Fill out the repurchase cancellation request form.
- LINKTIVITY will process the cancellation of the incorrect reservation.※We will confirm if the name of the representative for the reservation is the same. Please note that if the names do not match, cancellation and refund may not be possible.

We cannot accommodate changes to the reservation details. Please cancel and rebook.
※Regarding open ticket products, customers can use them on their desired date within the available period and excluding unavailable dates, so there's no need to reschedule reservations.
