Please note that the screen display and sequence may vary slightly depending on the product.

However, in general, customers can specify their desired boarding date and time using the following steps.

If you wish to change a seat that has already been designated, please cancel the initially reserved seat following the steps below, and then make a new reservation.

※Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that guests will be able to reserve their desired boarding date and time.

※Should guests wish to cancel due to unavailability of their preferred boarding date and time, be sure to guide the customers according to the cancellation policy stated on the product page.
