◼︎ What is OTP?
A One-Time Password (OTP) is a feature designed to prevent access by unauthorized parties. It is a password that can be used only once. OTPs are primarily used during login or when approving transactions to protect against unauthorized access and hacking. While SMS, email, and authentication apps are commonly used for OTP delivery, this site uses email notifications for OTPs.
◼︎ When is an OTP Required?
An OTP is required when accessing the site from a different environment than previously used.
Example 1: Checking the display on a computer and then using it on a mobile device.
Example 2: Changing the mobile device used to open the site.
◼︎ If You Are Asked for an OTP…
Please follow these steps to enter your OTP:
- Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
- Check the OTP password in the received email.
- Enter the OTP from the email and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the page will be displayed.
※Note※
-
Please complete the OTP input within 5 minute of issuance.
After 5 minute, the issued OTP will become invalid.
If your OTP has expired, you can resend it by clicking the Resend button.(not within 1minute after you already sent it.) -
The OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the email address that was registered when the voucher was first accessed from a different environment. This email address is fixed and will continue to receive the OTP whenever the voucher is opened in a new environment.
-
A "different environment" includes the following cases:
-
Using a different device (e.g., mobile phone, PC, tablet)
-
Using a different browser or app
Examples:-
If you first opened the voucher in Chrome and later open it in Safari
-
If you initially opened it through the mail app’s in-app browser and later open it in Chrome
→ These are recognized as different environments and will require OTP verification.
-
-
- This email address is permanently linked to the voucher and cannot be changed by the user. Therefore, even if you access the voucher from a different environment, the OTP will still be sent to the originally registered email address.
-
If the email address was registered incorrectly, please either:
– Request a reset from our support team, or
– Access the voucher from the same environment where the OTP was first registered.
Example:
① You made a booking on your mobile phone and opened the voucher.
→ If you open the e-ticket on the same mobile device, no OTP is required (this is considered the original environment).
② You then try to open the same voucher on a PC.
→ Since this is a new environment, OTP is required. The PC will now be recognized as the registered environment.
③ Later, you attempt to open the voucher again on the original mobile phone.
→ Since the PC is now considered the most recent environment, OTP will be required again on the mobile phone.
◼︎ Frequently Asked Questions…
Q: When I opened the voucher from the email, I was asked to enter an OTP. Since I opened the site within the email app, I closed the screen (went back) to check the OTP in the email. When I reopened the voucher, a new OTP was required.
A: Long-press the link in the email, select "Open in Browser" from the pop-up, enter the OTP from the received email, then open and use the voucher.
Q: I see an error saying "ABORTED: A one time password has already been sent to you, please check the email or wait for 1 minute."
A:The process for registering an email address for OTP (One-Time Password) works as follows:
-
When accessing from a new environment, an email input screen will appear.
-
After entering your email address, please check your inbox for the OTP.
-
Once you reach the screen that says “Please enter the one-time password”, you must enter the OTP sent to your email. This step completes the registration of your email address in the system.
After completing this process, the system will skip the email input step when you open the voucher, and it will directly display the OTP input screen. The OTP will be sent automatically to the registered email address.
If you repeatedly request to resend the OTP while your email is already registered, you may encounter this error. In this case, please try to open the voucher later.
Q: I didn’t register my email address for the OTP, but the OTP input screen appears immediately after opening the e-ticket.
A:This means that an email address has already been registered to receive the OTP, and the customer is accessing the voucher from a different environment (e.g., another device, browser, or app).
If the customer insists that they didn’t register their email address, here are some possible reasons:
-
Someone the customer shared the voucher link may have registered their email address.
-
The voucher may have been issued to another user via the agent system.
If the voucher has not been used yet, please contact us to request a reset of the registered email address.
